Below are some of our most frequently asked questions. If there is anything unclear or that doesn't meat your needs feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist. 

  • How Do I Reserve My Space?
    Simply book for a call or directly contact us for information on availability and what parking spaces would best work for you.
  • Will I have access to my items?
    Yes you can have access to your items stored anytime during business hours. If you have a motor vehicle, trailer, camper, etc and would like to use it have no fear. You can come by, use your items and park them back in their designated area. If you will be returning the item past business hours simply contact our team and we will ensure a scheduled appointment to allow access to park or remove your items.
  • Are my items safely monitored?
    Yes we provide 24/7 monitoring on our property with the most up to date cameras. If an issue arrises the police would be notified immediately. On top of that our property has a fenced in perimeter keeping anyone out especially after business hours.
  • Can I use a credit card on file and set up reoccurring payments?
    You certainly can! We use a secure payment processor that will store whichever payment method you choose on file. We can set up payments on a monthly, 3 months, 6 month, or yearly basis.
  • What am I allowed to store?
    We accept an array of items to be stored at our facility. Most common are boats, Rv's, campers, trailers, construction vehicles or equipment, and other vehicles. As long as your items fit into the space chosen you are all set to go.
